LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY TO COMMERCIAL RESELLERS
All Greek Island Labs products are warranted to be usable from the date of shipping provided proper care has been taken in shipping and handling. All risk of damage in transit shall be the sole responsibility of Reseller. Any container/ product packaging defects shall be honored by Greek Island Labs. If you believe that goods have been shipped in a defective state you must notify Greek Island Labs within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product and you must retain the packaging and goods for inspection by Greek Island Labs and ship the product back to Greek Island labs at Reseller's expense for replacement, no refunds shall be given. Any manufacturing defects will be honored by Greek Island Labs should Reseller ship that product packaging and product back to Greek Island Labs at Reseller's expense for replacement of product by Greek Island Labs, with no refunds given. Greek Island Labs Greek Island Labs does not extend any consumer warranties to Reseller customers, it is the sole responsibility of Reseller to refund or replace product to its consumer customers at its sole expense and hold Greek Island Labs harmless, therefrom.
